Frequent Asked Questions
How do I book a portrait sitting?
Please message us to book your sitting.. We do require a full sitting fee payment when making a booking, this is required to secure your booking. We accept Paypal payment bank transfer or pay in cash
Can I bring props with me?
Yes, of course you can. We also have some of props at the studio but feel free to bring your own props to make your photo shoot unique to you.
What are your opening hours at the studio?
The studio is open from Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm it may happen that I can be in a outdoor session and in these cases no one will be in the studio, it's always preferable to send me a message when you want to find me
How much does it cost?

We are very clear with our prices so you have no nasty shocks. Our prices are extremely competitive and the quality is amazing!
What happens if I book a sitting and then find I am unable to attend on the specified date?
If you are unable to attend your sitting we require 24 hours notice by email or message to reschedule. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us you will NOT be entitled to a refund.
How long does the photo session last?
depending on your package chosen I allow up between 30min to 3:00 hours
Can I bring a change of clothes to get some varied photos?
Yes on selected sessions.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes a basic contract signed online
What happens after the photo session?
We will have the opportunity to see in first hand your pictures with me and after that I will send you an email with a link and a protected password to view your photos to choose them. You will be noticed by email when your personalized item will be ready to pic up at the studio or ready to be sends to you.
How long does it take to receive my photos/personalized items after the photo session?
We normally allow up to 2 - 4 weeks to complete your order
My family and friends would also like to see the photos from our session, is this possible?
You will be able to see your picture on your viewer session after your photo shot, and after that on our website for your friends and family to view, this is password protected so only the people you give the password to can view your online gallery. The online gallery will be live for a large amount of time as you can order online or collect in-store. We can ship orders to you but there is a charge for this service and only includes prints and canvas pictures. Any framed wall art would have to be collected from the studio as we cannot send items fitted with glass by courier due to their fragile nature.
Where are you based?
We are based at Warish Hall, Warish Hall Road, Takeley. CM22 6NZ .The studio is light, airy and private with plenty of free parking
Do you take headshot photos and profile pictures?
Yes we can do this for you. Please see our price list and our headshot page for all the information you need regarding headshot photos.
